THE CAPTAIN
Tuna was the driving force to enter this endeavor and remains so. I love watching new anglers experience this awesome Washington State fishery and going out with experienced anglers more so.
I have been fishing in the PNW since 1984; starting in lakes and rivers and progressing to the ocean, in Westport and Sekiu, as well as the Puget Sound.
My third duty station in the Army landed me at Fort Lewis and further fueled my love of the PNW and the Puget Sound area in particular. Then I discovered Tuna fishing... I enjoy all fishing here but Tuna is unlike anything I've ever fished for before.

The Vessel
The New Vessel: The Outlander
We have added a new boat to the Outlander fleet, a 26 ft North River Seahawk.
It has an enclosed cabin with a heater and toilet. It also has 55 gallon live bait tank, 350 horsepower Suzuki engine and 9.9 horsepower Suzuki kicker.
For safety it has a six-man life raft and an EPIRB (EMERGENCY POSITION RADIO BEACON).
The Vessel: The Uitlander - 32ft Allied Dominator
THE VESSEL/BOAT
The Uitlander 32ft Allied dominator built in Bremerton Washington by Allied boats. This vessel was designed and built with customer comfort in mind. Roomy comfortable seating for all six passengers in an enclosed heated environment. There are two air ride seats on the front port side and the cushions on the dinette seating are extra thick. The boat has a port side door and a transom door for easy entry on and off of the vessel. The boat also offers a stand-up bathroom for those who needs some privacy when nature calls.
We have the largest fishing deck in its class, lots of room to do the tuna dance! There's ladder access to a tuna tower on top of the vessel which seats two comfortably and safely. The vessel was built with insulated fish boxes in the deck to keep your catch in top-quality.
We have a 115 gallon live bait capacity and use this for halibut, lingcod and rockfish trips to keep fish alive until we get back to the dock, for the highest quality eating fish. You cannot get fresher fish than that.... Read More

The vessel offers two live fish wells, that keep the fish alive until we return to shore, ensuring your catch is as fresh as can be!
The Utilander offers the largest fishing deck for a boat in its class, with 120 sq feet of deck space.
On nice days, you can also fish from the roof of the cabin, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area.
The vessel is powered with twin 350 Suzuki's. 700 horsepower will get you to and from the fishing grounds quickly. That equals more fishing time and less traveling to and from the fishing grounds.
